Georgette gave birth to six big kittens last night (Mother’s Day). The first one was breach (of course) but they all came out fine in the end. We’ll have better pictures when momma lets us get close enough to get a good focus. In the meantime… kittens!

We predict that Georgette will give birth to six kittens on or about May 10th. Our amazing predictive powers are fueled by X-rays and a far too intimate knowledge of when conception occurred. Until birthing, here are some kitten pictures to tide you over! Okay, kitten skeleton pictures… but still… kittens!

Everyone says that Maine Coons are the dogs of the cat world. So who says we can’t give them (temporary) dog names? We certainly don’t. Without further delay we present to you the five grey kittens of the “Dog litter!” Four of these kittens have been reserved.

Fiona’s kittens are doing well and doing all those things that infant kittens do. Namely eat, sleep, squeak, grow, repeat. At last check we counted three boys and two girls. We have kittens available in this litter.

Fiona gave birth to five beautiful kittens this morning over the course of five hours. That is a long labor. She kept us waiting between kittens and we worried a lot, but in the end Fiona pulled it off. All kittens in this litter are reserved.

Maybelline was meowing her head off this morning while the kittens fed. Roughly translated she was saying, “Help! I’m being attacked by little milk vampires and they are draining my precious bodily fluids!” Maybelline has a flair for the dramatic.

Here are Maybelline’s kittens, eyes open and looking like the little milk balloons they are. It took a few pictures to get all of their faces because, hey, try getting kittens to look in the same direction at the same time. It should be an Olympic event. Kitten herding!

Maybelline gave birth to four lovely kittens on Sunday afternoon. Just like their mother they are noisy little things, squeaking when she isn’t in the nest or making loud slurpy nursing noises when she is. This is a final litter for Maybelline and Noreaster before they retire from active duty, so we will be sure …
